Great question! A hallmark of TRELLIS Herndon is how convenient our Rent Package is, which includes 1) Rent; 2) All Utilities (Electric, Heating, Cooling, Cable, Internet, Water, Sewer & Trash); and 3) Parking.

Transparent pricing is our goal. Our pricing package includes all utilities + parking. Additional fees may include charges related to your Pets (Dogs/Cats), Community Amenities/Clubhouse Fees (for the cleaning & maintenance of these spaces), as well as Administrative/Application Fees at the time of submitting your request to live at TRELLIS Herndon. These fees are separate from the Rent Package and remain subject to change.
